Yoga is more than just performing asanas. It should uplift you physically and mentally.

In the classes, I try to focus on deblocking stress-related issues, such as tight hips, stiff neck and shoulders, back pain, and all other issues that are a result of a sedentary lifestyle.

If you are new to yoga or already a pro yogi, I tailor the class to be suitable for your needs, with options to scale it up or scale it down. 

During the class, I pay attention to teach the breathwork as well to get the most benefits of yoga asana. I include Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and meditation to get the utmost yogic experience.
