Every person has his own strengths and weaknesses.
That is what we are focusing on in the couple training.
The reason why most people don´t succeed in achieving their fitness goals is the lack of
MOTIVATION & SOCIAL SUPPORT.
In the CUT2.0 program, you will have both.
How does it work?
First, we want to see what kind of personality are you. What are you good at, and at what not. Based on the results, you will be given a role that you have to play.

Over a ZOOM call, we will get to know each other where I am going to understand your separate goals and how much time you have to get yourself fit for the most important day of your life.
From the experience, it is usually like this:
Based on your personality you will either take the role of the
NUTRITIONIST or TRAINER.
You will be having separate training plans, but they are to be done together. Meaning you set a fixed time when you are both available and you will do your training for the day.
On some days you will have the live sessions with me as well.

Of course, the plans are going to be adjusted according to your fitness level, injuries, medical history and your goals.
You will also get a nutritional plan based on individual needs and eating habits.

3. START OF YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY
We have decided which role are you going to play and what your exact goals are.
Now it´s time to get to the business!
Each role has certain tasks that have to done. You as a trainer or a nutritionist take over the RESPONSIBILITY for one part of your success story.
So if you are playing a TRAINER role, you are responsible for the daily workout and activity are done.
If you are a NUTRITIONIST, you are responsible that your diet is on point.
